Schnauzerfest Rome is held just outside of Atlanta in the heart of Beautiful Historical Downtown Rome, GA. Most of Saturday's events will take place in Rome's River City Forum Arena... and we are excited to be celebrating our 5th Anniversary! This year we are going for the Guinness World Record of "Most dogs in a walk by a single breed"!
The festival will also have various events such as Schnauzer Agility Contest, Fast Cat Racing, Best in Show, and Schnauzer Idol Singing Competition. There will also be over 50 Vendors, Schnauzer Rescues and live demonstrations on Schnauzer grooming. We also have many new surprises to unveil for our 2024 event... and of course, the hotels and businesses will be throwing parties and socials just for our Festival!
On Friday at 5pm, we will once again have our popular meet and greet BBQ out at the beautiful Burk Farm with bonfires, delicious food and entertainment! We'll also be featuring chainsaw carvings of schnauzers and introducing Barn Hunt for the first time! Save the date and make your plans to be with us!
